Dear Sir,

I want to express my concern in regard to one of my students in Cybercrime Subject (CRI 196)
whom I remarked failed. It is of my neglect and lapse that I failed to consider the elements that should
be reconsidered in remarking the grades of the students, and due to this instance, I manifest my
apology. I inputted a fail remark, instead of INC, because of the reason that the student has no P1 grade
and also a final exam. Due to high amount of unreliable reasons, neglect and non-compliance of the
activities I set forth, I was prompted to remark him failed. Probably, because I am new in this institution
and failed to absorb the principle of the school, which is to be a student centered. I am willing to learn,
adjust and adopt to this method, which is for the benefit and betterment of the students, so that the
lapses that has been done previously, should not be done succeedingly.

With this, I would like to sincerely request for the re-opening of the AIMS grading system, so
that I can change the remark from failed to INC. Rest assured, that I will only change the remark of the
only one student who is in concern, namely “Rustom Jhun Cuay”, for the resolution of his concern.
Moreover, I accept my responsibility as the one who committed a lapse, and again, I apologize for my
dereliction. Hoping for your kind consideration.
