Complete your self-evaluation found in the storytelling section of the course 

Part I: Problem Solution Presentation (15 min)

For your second speaking project, you will give a presentation about a problem in your field and an innovative
solution to this problem.  You may use your problem-solution written text from English 9 as a bases for your
presentation. You will need to create an attractive PowerPoint presentation.

Record your presentation then watch your video and evaluate yourself.

Your presentation must be between 5 to 6 minutes.

Due Date: Monday, week 6

Evaluation: 25%

Part II: Discussion (5 min)


How often did you present in front of the class last semester?
What do you find challenging about presenting?
Do you find the presentations of your classmates to be engaging? Why or why not?
Which characteristics do good presentations share?

Part III: Listening (15 min)


Which is better, the book or the movie? Are there any exceptions you can think of?
Why can’t the movie be the same as the book?

What is the difference between print media and oral media?

relate to this assignment? How will your oral presentation be different from your written essay? Will some
things have to be added or taken away? What?
