MARY ROBERTS RINEHART, 'LAZY SUSAN' BY NANCY.

“RIDE THE LIGHTNING” JOHN LUTZ:

If my neighbor was Curtis Colt who was wrongfully accused of murder, I would have been
a good neighbor and helped him find evidence of his innocence for that would not have
been as lucky as he was.
The case and the search for the cold trail and even colder witnesses. But as the investigator
prepares to drop the case and leave Colt to his own devices, he comes across new evidence
that convinces him that maybe Candy Ann is right, and that the wrong man has been
sentenced to the Electric Chair. In the end, the real murderer is Candy Ann who was
disguised in such a way that the witnesses confused her with Curtis, in this regard, Curtis
refuses to testify against her and dies without saying anything.

“THE LIPSTICK” MARY ROBERTS RINEHART

If my neighbor was Elinor Hammond who fell from the tenth-floor window, she would
have run to the aid of an ambulance, her fall would seem strange to me as she was a happy
woman.
The body was found on the sidewalk. Her bag was behind the heater in front of the waiting
room window and her hat was on a table. The coroner thinks he jumped. But why would
Mrs. Hammond take her own life? The woman led a happy life, "as if she woke up every
morning wondering what would be the most fun of that day." She always wore beautiful
clothes.

"LAZY SUSAN" NANCY PIGKARD

Had my neighbor been Susan Carpenter, I would have advised her on proper self-defense
and the proper use of having guns, since she became what she hated, stealing from people
and making easy money. Her husband takes her to learn how to shoot a gun, since she had
been robbed and she didn't want that to happen again, she learns how to shoot a gun and
defend herself. personal maneuvers, then she returns to the place where she had been
robbed and she, using what she learned, dedicates herself to stealing from other people
(since she was very lazy and it was a quick way to earn money).
