Dear Parents,

Greetings,

We wish to inform you that school is organizing Vaccination Drive with assistance of Health
department for the age group: 12-14 year (students of class VII onwards) on 19th May,
Thursday. Kindly note the details:

1) KINDLY ENSURE THE AGE OF THE CHILD TO BE BETWEEN 12-14 YEARS

2) The timing for vaccination camp is 10am - 4pm.
3) Remember to carry Aadhar card.
4) Registration on CoWIN is must.
5) Corbevax Vaccine is meant for 12-14 years of Age group.
6) We are giving the time schedule in order to avoid over-crowding. Kindly adhere to the
time slot given.

4 1:00-2:00pm 7B, 7C
5 2:00-3:00pm 7D,7E & F

7) The students are expected to attend the school at usual timing. We would allow parents
entry at 10:00. After vaccination, the child may accompany parent or stay in school
depending on the student’s health status.
8) Since the vaccination begins, once we have 20 parents, we would expect parents to follow
the time frame given.
Dear Parents, we would like to express that despite planning done at our level, you
may have to wait for your turn to come. Therefore, we would expect greater patience and
co-operation from you all.
