WILD TALES

Wilford L. Medina
3rd Segment
What type of shot is it?
Knee-level full shot

Was there any movement?

The camera moved with the car.

What moved? (Camera or person etc)

The camera along side the car, captured the perspective of the
car's tire breaking down.

What kind of movement was it?

Tracking shot. It followed the perspective of the car.
Whose perspective is the scene about?
The car and what it's about to encounter on the road after
overtaking the man from the other car.

What emotion stood out in the scene?

Danger. I already sensed that something is going to happen
with the car, and to the car on the latter scenes.
Why choose this scene?
The scene showed the difference of two men from different
social classes. It showed the shallowness and enviousness of the
lower class towards expensive things. It also showed how the
higher class is scared of the possibilities the lower class people
can do to them, but they still maintain their pride and fight the
people the get in their way. It may be the poor man's fault for
triggering the rich man, but the rich man could've just let it go
and run away, but he needed to take revenge. They ended dead
together. Which shows us that whatever our social class or
perspective we have of our society, if we let our pride and ego
rule us, we won't get anywhere. And whatever possesions we
have, we can't avoid showing our true colors.
