2) 5 Organic Reel Ideas:

1. Inside Le15 R&D:

- Show a story behind the development of an idea (say a novel
innovation or a dessert made after experimenting & trial & error)
- Build on the story by first showing a few mistakes, what the chefs
learnt from the mistakes and then how the product went from being
one with flaws to being a banger!
- Show the staff involved working on the product.
- Shoot R&D staff formulating the product, assembling the raw
materials or component involved, being satisfied with their product,
finally getting to the packing and how it ultimately is launched.

2. A Day at Le15:
- Briefly show the workplace, the kitchen, the staff at work
- Show Pooja Dhingra’s workspace / cabin including Pooja at work
- Show the different departments and their workspace. Show a few
graphics or media that aren’t going up the page (So the team working
on that)
- Show the staff relishing the desserts (Trials & Tasting) and having
fun (Fun at workplace)

3. Dressings n More:
- Dressing the dessert is as important as baking the product because it
adds to the visual appeal of the product and attracts consumers. (What
looks good, will sell even better)
- Capture by way of a reel of chefs decorating the desserts
Example: Cream on tarts, Powdering the macarons, glazing, glazing
torch on desserts to make them more appealing.
4. Sweetest Memories of the Month
- Do a recap of the month’s special offerings
- If there was a season offering or a festive offering, include that in the
reel too.
- Example: The Boss Biscuits of Le15 which was a huge success
- Capture all the special offerings of the month and even each of it
individually to generate awareness of it (incase launched again in
future)
- As part of the caption, ask people to type down their season specials
and whether they’d want to see something back on the menu!
(Make the audience feel that they recommendations are valued and
could be taken into consideration)

5. A Work Culture Reel or a Series (Different for different depts)

- Features employees & chefs of Le15
- Make them talk briefly about their experience with Le15 and capture
them in their work element too.
- Staff should talk about their highs, their lows (to make it feel
authentic), can talk about what makes them tick.
- Should talk about the fun moments at Le15 too

3) 3 Innovative Story Ideas:

1. Le15 Dessert Quiz or Crosswords

- Try to gauge customer awareness of Le15 and its products
- Curate quiz questions surrounding the brand and the products (a couple
questions per day)
- Example: A biscuit inspired by the show Ted Lasso? Answer: Boss
Biscuits (Asking questions about seasonal offerings would provide an
insight into whether the customers are regularly updated with product
offerings, this also surveys as a survey into consumer insight and
knowledge, brand loyalty, engagement level with Le15)

2. Guess what’s new

- Create a hype of a product which is to be launched or R&D is underway
and positive results are expected for the same.
- Show a glimpse of the components/ raw materials used in the
preparations
- Give mild hints to the audience for them to guess what’s underway.
Example: If the product is lemon tart, hint could be citrus, that way it
doesn’t give it out very easily and still creates the buzz (audience could
guess from a range of citrus fruits – orange, lemon, grape etc)
- Drives excitement amongst loyal customers and if we prolong the release
and keep at the suspense series of stories for a couple of days, it could
drive engagement on the page as well.

3. Macaroon Flavour Recommendations

- Since Le15 is best known for its macaroons offering, and we should
leverage the same while also making the consumers opinion count by
asking for it
- Make a questions section on the story section and let people type in their
preferences.
- Track the preferences. Make note of the ones that have been repeated by
multiple followers.
- In subsequent stories, do a poll with all the shortlisted flavours
(frequently appeared preference) and get a deeper insight into what a
larger audience would prefer given a couple of choices.

5) Promotional Idea for Women’s Day:

As part of the women’s day campaign, we should work towards a give-

away on Instagram.

Women have always been generalized and boxed into the idea of being
homemakers, cooks, care-givers. A lot of women do fall in these
categories, however its not the only thing they do. Most women
efficiently balance their homes and their work-life as well; however, they
don’t receive the credit that’s due to them for being on their feet, acing
both roles!

We could also focus on embracing & accepting women in homemaker

roles, and put on display why they are no less than working women or
women who can manage their work & homes.

This women’s day, we must celebrate these women by way of an

Instagram challenge and give-away for the top 3 participants.

Here’s what they need to do:

- Follow Le15
- Tag Le15 in their entries on their own Instagram page
- Also, email their entries to Le15
- The participants can make a reel or video demonstrating their favourite
dessert (with a nostalgic touch/ emotional connect) and how they went
about preparing it. As part of the caption for the post, they must elaborate
what made them select that dessert and how it resonates with their
personal life.

 As part of an incentive, we can also state that any out of the

box / unheard of dessert, would be further looked into by our
R&D team and if potential is seen, the home-grown recipe
could hold a chance of becoming a full-fledged product under
the Le15 Brand.
