Retail Sales and Operations Internship
1. Drive sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
2. Report daily sales to HO 3. Sell, upsell and cross-sell based on customer requirement 4. Communicate offers and listen to customer requirements before pitching products 5. Build a great rapport with the customers to build loyalty and have recurring customers 6. Answering telephone queries by clients, taking details down, and generating leads for future follow ups 7. Formulate a training module with the help of Sr Management
Business Development Internship
1. Create a 3-month sales plan and implement it
2. Work on collecting quantitative and qualitative data 3. Work on client profiling and creating data sheets with all required information of the final target list. 4. Collate competition data & SWOT 5. Reach out to clients via calls, mails, and pitching our offerings based on the strategy created 6. Schedule preliminary meetings to understand client expectations 7. Create proposals and generate sales 8. Hand-over the final report along with projections upon exit 9. Explore and implement potential collaboration with interior designers and contractors.
