CNIC#__________, Resident of: ___________________Pakistan as my legal and
lawful Special Attorney to do all or any of the following acts/deeds/things in respect of
my (house/property)___________________________________________ Pakistan.

1. To Look after and manage rental affairs of my above property.

2. To complete and execute instruments for construction of land/property.
3. To correspond with all concerned Government or any other departments and acts in all
concerned office, to pay Taxes, Bills etc in respect of above said property.
4. To sign rent-agreement/ Land Lease Agreement and any affairs related to start the
process for registration and to get registration done for property and all related affairs
regarding the property.
5. To deal with any matter/cases/suits etc concerning my above mentioned property in any
department/court/Govt. agency etc on my behalf.
6. To eject/evict the tenant, if any/necessary and to do all the needful acts/deeds/things on
my behalf.

All the acts/deeds/things done by said attorney would be construed to have been done by myself
and would be legally binding on me.
