PAST PERFECT TENSE

I. Use Simple Past and Past Perfect Tense for the Verb 1 in the brackets !

Think about First Action Logically in Past Perfect and then the Second
Action in Past Tense ! (Had you taken medicine first or Was be cured
directly at the first place?)

before. Apparently, the man had stolen several cars in the city. However,
while the police were going in through the front door of the suspect’s house,
he escaped out of the back door and ran into a neighbor’s garden.
