continuous support of our study, for his patience, motivation, and knowledge. We could not have
imagined having a better faculty, and mentor for this course. Besides our faculty, we would like
to thank the company of Bangladesh Akij Group of Industries. She has taken pain to go through
our project and make necessary corrections as and when needed. Without her guidance and
persistent efforts this project would not have been possible.
A project of this topic has to face several problems, however, it was considered advantageous to
us to have continuous consultations with him. Due to his cooperation, guidance & active
assistance the present research work could be completed. Our heartiest thanks go for their
