Member List
List of all society members with contact details.

Society Management:-
This module provides all the facilities related to the society and only some specific
users such as chairman or secretary can access this module. For example we can manage
the pump operator, manage the staff (security, sweeper), notifies for basic services,
maintenance payment services.

Visitor management :-
Any visitor - guest, service provider, are considered as visitors, this web app
will provide the information of the visitors and it will share directly to the particular
member of the society. [ security guard will share the information to the members ]
After the particular memeber verify the visitor and then allow or reject their entry .

Delivery management:-
Courier boy will be allow by society that can be enabled/disabled by the
society members itself [ no other persons ], if they are not allowed then all the delivery will
be given to or received by the security guard/cabin, and society members can collect it
from there when they’re back. [ automatically message to the guard to collect the delivery
as the particular member ain’t at the home ]

Security management:-
App-level visitors can be allowed in society or not can be enabled/disable by
society. But this web app also allows to track children in and out of entry. Society members
can upload child’s photos and their in-out time.Children can only be allowed if their
scheduled time is present for in and out.
This app also set default age limit for in and out, like the app can be set under 3-year limit
In which all children are not allowed who are under 3 years of age. → sir this is an option
as of now

Staff attendance management:-

The last module is focused on security and other house helpers. Who is allowed and
when? eSociety has all the schedules and detail of security persons/house helpers.

Complaints and suggestion Department

Any society member can add suggestions and issue complaint in this module which
will be visible to every member of the society.

Function Management
If any member wants to book the club house to host any function in the society then
the particular person can check the availability, book it for those days and pay the rent for
the same using this module.
