1. Switch off ignition and make a video by switch on ignition so we can see the machine code.

2. Check all error code via input 700 and write them down. no error codes
3. Delete all code with 710
4. Travel with the machine vibration on and off and check again the error code via 700
5. Disconnect the speed sensor B60 from the travel motor
 Error code ? : _________________
 Connect the sensor
6. Disconnect the vibration sensor B16 vibration front
 Error code ?:_________________
 Connect the senor
7. Disconnect the vibration sensor B17 vibration rear
 Error code ?:_________________
 Connect the sensor
8. Disconnect the rpm sensor engine B92
 Error code ?:_________________
 Connect the sensor
9. Engine running; Input code 5000, make video with RPM Switch in position min; ECO; max
10. Change the engine speed to 2300 – 2350 rpm by the adjustment bar from Y120, check the
engine rpm if possible with tools. Possible with the mobil phone by using the app vibrations
or gstrings
11. Make a travel test again by rpm switch on position max with an video from the dashboard
12. Last time we tried to deactivate engine speed load limit control but we used the wrong
numbers:
 Switch on ignition engine must off
 9999
 1255 to activate the function
 1256 deactivate the engine speed load limit control
 Switch off ignition
13. Do travel test again
14. Check speed select switch S42, make an video:
 Input code 1040 Pos. 1 to 12
 Input code 1041 Pos. 1 to 12
 Make also video during traveling and change the switch from 1 to 12 position with
focus to the display
15. Make video during traveling from outside machine
16. Open electric box cover and lift the power board to be sure no water was entering the box,
make picture from both side of the board
17. When you are finish delete all error code again with 710
