The SECOND PART of the application process is the uploading of supporting documents as shown on Table 4 of
DepEd Order No. 16, s. 2020. You have until October 30, 2020 to upload the supporting documents needed.

2. Failure to submit required supporting documents by October 30, 2020

The posting of application results on OVAP is on August 14, 2020. Only those who have completed Part I
(application form) and Part II (supporting documents) may download their Qualified Voucher Applicant (QVA)
Certificate. The QVA Certificate may be downloaded through your account at ovap.peac.org.ph.
