B only = {9, 12}
B = {1, 3, 9, 12}

meaning NOT a part of A.

None of the elements in set A can be found in


set B, hence the set is dis-jointed.

 The square represents the universal set.
 Set can overlap and this can be seen on diagrams, they can also never intersect each other.
