REFUND AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY

I the undersigned hereby declare that I understand and agree with IPMI International Business
School refund and withdrawal policy as follow:

REFUND

1. Student who fails to graduate from high school is eligible for fee refund after being deducted of
administration with the amount of Rp 3.000.000.

2. Student who is accepted at undergraduate (S-1) program of Public University (UI, ITB, IPB, ITS,
UGM, UNPAD, UNBRAW, UNDIP and UNAIR only) through SNMPTN and SBMPTN is eligible for
fee refunds after being deducted of the administration fee with the amount of Rp 5.000.000.

3. Student who is accepted at undergraduate program (S-1) of Public University (UI, ITB, IPB, ITS,
UGM, UNPAD, UNBRAW, UNDIP and UNAIR only) through other program than SNMPTN and
SBMPTN (‘Jalur Mandiri’) is eligible for fee refunds after being deducted of the administration
fee with the amount of Rp 5.000.000 and 50% of Development Fee.

4. Student must complete and submit the Refund Form, a copy of Public University’s Acceptance
Letter and transfer evidence to the Academic Director, Non Academic Director and Admission at
least 3 days after the Public University’s announcement of SNMPTN/SBMPTN/’Jalur Mandiri’.

5. The refund process will take about 2 months after the student completing the refund
documents.

WITHDRAWAL/CANCELLATION

1. Student must propose the Withdrawal Letter, attention to Academic Director, Non Academic
Director and the Admission at least 2 weeks before the class commencement.
2. Student who withdraw after the class commencement is not eligible for the refund.
3. Student who does not re-register is considered to withdraw and is not eligible for the refund.
