KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:

CHRISTIE PEÑARUBIA BALADJAY, of legal age, Filipino, married, , and a resident

of #3 Facultyville Barangay Poblacion 8, Midsayap, North Cotabato, Philippines,
hereinafter referred to as the VENDOR;

-and-

AIMAN MONIB PAQUIL, of legal age, Filipino, married to (Karen), and a resident
of Mintal, Davao City, Philippines, hereinafter called as the VENDEE;

WITNESSETH:

That the VENDOR is the owner of a certain parcel of land which is more
particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land (Lot 2466-B-5, of the Subdivision Plan PSD-12-028510, being a portion of
Lot 2466-B, (LRC) PSD-29936), situated in the Barrio of Katingawan, Municipality of
Midsayap, Province of Cotabato. Containing an area of THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-NINE
(329) SQUARE METERS, more or less, and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT)
No. 152-2011001125”

That for and in consideration of the sum of HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php.
000,000.00) Pesos, Philippine Currency, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the
VENDOR to his full and entire satisfaction from the VENDEE, by these presents, the
VENDOR does hereby cede, sell, transfer and convey by way of ABSOLUTE SALE the
aforementioned parcel of land, unto and in favor of the VENDEE, his heirs, assigns and
successors-in-interests;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this _____ day of
