application for admission to College of Nursing and Midwiferyand . I took the
entrance examination and my application was declined because my percentage is
lower than the required percentage for the college admission.
 
It has always been my dream to take a nursing course in this prestigious state
university that is why I am not giving up on becoming a nurse – a proud and
industrious Filipino Nurse and a product of the College of Nursing. I can assure
you that I will continue to work hard and I will not be a liability to our beloved
institution. I have good grades and I will continue to work hard.
