Please be informed that effective immediately the following are to be

implemented:

● Deadline for all rental payments will be on the 29th of each month,
failure to do so will be subjected to a penalty of Php5/day and will be
applied for 30 days, if after 30 days and payment is still not yet made
administrative sanction will be applied.

● Always ask for an acknowledgement receipt (OR to follow) for every

payment made, a no acknowledgement receipt no payment policy
is strictly implemented.
