Reflection of Oneself

Back then when I was still not certain of what was my purpose in life due to the
pandemic crisis, I only thought about the present state and play games even when I was still an
accountancy student. I could not imagine myself 5-10 years from now being as an accountant. I
am not very good at self-study making and keeping track of time I usually get distracted and has
the mentality of a mañana habit. But looking back, I realized that there is something I was good
at, and it was doing sales, talking to strangers, making some appointments. Back when I was
still a little bit younger than at present, I always used to be shy and timid. I would often prefer
not to talk with most strangers, which include my own classmates because I was very self-
conscious, thinking that every step I take, word I say, what is wrong with me. I’d try to avoid
crowds and end up not interacting to people for most of the day. I was a silent type of guy.
Everything slowly started to change when I entered the seminary. Because of the brotherhood
that was most upheld in the institution, I managed to create a circle of friends. It only got bigger
and bigger, and thanks to them I became more sociable. When I became a 2 nd year college
student I met a familiar pretty girl at the waiting shed, she was the one who introduced me to
networking a slight background of her she is already a multimillionaire. During those times
when I was still a trainee many key factors or foundations of on how to be an effective leader
and how to effectively lead others to success. It was a challenging yet fulfilling experience to say
the least. There I got to apply the communication skills I accumulated over the years.
Connecting with people on a personal level is one of the key factors in social interaction. To be
an effective leader you must be a model a good example to other, a pillar of hope, a beacon of
light, and most of all never let your followers see your weakness. That is how I became one of
the leaders in our team. Now at present time I can now say, that those hard work that I had
received when I was still a Networker were not in vain, for they will be my pillars to success
when I become a Real State Manager soon.
