VISION

The Rainbow of Angels Learning Center, Incorporated is a

Filipino, non-sectarian Preschool and Grade School institution
that is enthused to develop children to have beautiful and
inquiring minds. It is a school that focuses on building human
values, stimulating the young minds, and developing social
responsibility.
 MISSION
As a Filipino and non-sectarian institution, it believes in the
equality of men regardless of religion; it teaches spiritual and
work values; it respects the rights of the child; it gives
emphasis on love of country; it inculcates to the young minds
of children to be proud of their identity and lineage; it
preserves the good customs and traditions; it aspires to be
an instrument in the promotion of peace and quality
education in the country; and all the more it aims to reach
out to the community to be of service to others.
