Badiucao: His mission seems, like, doomed. That he will never push the rock to the very top
of the mountain. It's a bit like me when I'm creating artworks to challenge the Chinese
regime. I don't know when it will be changed. Or I don't know if my work will change it at all.
But even if that is a reality, does it mean my work has no meaning? I don't think so.

The Powerball jackpot for Saturday’s lottery drawing has jumped to an estimated $170
million, with a cash option valued at $100.5 million.

The winning numbers were 4, 17, 57, 58 and 68. The Powerball was 12, with a Power Play
of 3X.

No one across the country hit Wednesday’s $151.3 million jackpot. There were also no
second-prize, $1 million tickets sold.

In New Jersey, no one bought a ticket worth more than $200.

Wednesday’s winning numbers were: 1, 25, 44, 55 and 57. The Powerball drawn was 26
with a Power Play of 2X.

In addition, no one won the secondary, $10 million Double Play jackpot on Wednesday. The
winning numbers were: 2, 10, 11, 63 and 68. The Double Play ball drawn was 1.

The odds of hitting the Powerball jackpot are 292,201,388 to 1. A player who buys a $2
ticket has about a 1 in 11,688,053 chance to match five numbers and win at least $1 million,
while the odds are 913,129 to 1 of winning the third prize of at least $50,000.

Powerball is played on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday in 45 states, as well as


Washington, D.C., the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.

New Jersey Lottery offices in Lawrence are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to
4:30 p.m. if players prefer to drop off claims and validate winning tickets in person. Claims
can be left in a secure drop box at lottery headquarters. That option applies to prizes worth
more than $599.50.

If a player wins a prize of $25,000 or more (or otherwise feels more comfortable submitting
claims in person) appointments can be made to meet with lottery representatives in person
by calling 1-800-222-0996.

In September, Badiucao brought out his paintbrush, to convey his outrage for China's
crackdown on Hong Kong. Fashioning Hong Kong's leader Carrie Lam as a puppet of Xi

Badiucao: They're actually writing threatening letters. It's like a blackmailing, you know? "If
