Congratulations! We’ve received your deposit and would like to confirm you have been conditionally accepted to Red
River College Polytechnic.
Enclosed is an official acceptance letter from Red River College Polytechnic to use when applying for your Study Permit
to study in Canada or to request an extension to an existing Study Permit. We recommend that you apply for your Study
Permit immediately as this process may take several weeks or months. Information about Study Permits is available on
the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) website.
CONDITIONS
• Tuition Payment – a minimum tuition payment of $7,500.00 (Canadian Funds) will be due by November 1, 2022. Your
tuition payment will decrease the amount of fees due on your first day of classes and any excess funds will be
transferred to your next term or program. See Payment Options below.
• Study Permit - a copy of your Study Permit or Study Permit approval letter will be due by December 1, 2022.
Failure to complete the requirements by the deadline(s) specified will result in the cancellation of your application with no
refund of your non-refundable/non-transferable application fee and tuition deposit.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Estimated Fees - Fees listed are an estimate and subject to change. For the latest estimated tuition, books and
supplies costs, visit the locations, dates, and fees webpage of your program.
• Refund Policy – Please ensure you have reviewed the International Student Refund Policy. Once a Letter of
Acceptance (LOA) is issued, any request to change your Study Plan will result in the forfeiture of your $1,500.00
(Canadian Funds) deposit. This includes changing your start term or program.
• Payment Confirmation – To confirm your payment and obtain a receipt/statement, log in to your Self-Service account,
select Student Finance, Account Activity, Term, and View Statement. If do not know your user ID or password, visit
RRC HUB.
• Official Academic Documents – Your official secondary and post-secondary transcript(s) and graduation certificate(s)
may be requested at a later date.
• Co-op Work Permit – A valid Work Permit is required to participate in the Co-op, internship or work practicum
requirement of your program. You have the opportunity to include your Co-op Work Permit application with your initial
Study Permit/Visa application. For more information, go to the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada
In order for RRC Polytechnic to meet rapidly changing public health requirements and directives, the College reserves the
right to revise and update its operating procedures and policies as needed, including program and course delivery,
processes, procedures, and fees, without prejudice or notice.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
1. PayMyTuition - RRC Polytech has partnered with PayMyTuition for international tuition payments. With PayMyTuition,
you can pay your tuition payments from any bank, in any country, in any currency at better than bank exchange rates.
PayMyTuition is fast, simple, and cost-effective.
1. Online Payments – Quickly and easily pay through your Self-Service account with Visa or MasterCard. When paying
with credit card, a non-refundable 1.8% user fee will be added. If do not know your user ID or password, visit RRC
HUB.
1. Internet Banking - Pay online through your Canadian financial institution. Allow five business days prior to the
payment due date for bank processing. If choosing this option, select Red River College Polytechnic - Tuition Payment.
Your account number is your student number and term (example: 0123456F2022FA’).
2. By Mail/Post - Send payment, noting student number, program, and term to:
