Notice of Variation

Pursuant to clause 15 of the Draft Conditions of Sub-Contract, we hereby give

notice that the works ordered and described hereunder are additional to the
scope of the Sub-Contract Works and are thus deemed a variation.

We consider that the value of the variation is to be ascertained and determined

by you in accordance with sub-clause 16.1 [Insert (a) or (b) or (c)]. (If Applicable)
