Contract

X International ON-LINE Vocal Competition (11. – 14.11.2022)

SEM Consulting Oy (Svetlana Mioukhkiouria, Finland), known as "First Party," agrees
to enter into this contract with {First name, Family name }, known as "Second Party" on
{9.02.2022}.

This agreement is based on the following provisions:

1. SEM Consulting Oy pays 100€ for a working Day (online) as a jury member of the
competition JSFest. One working day is 7 hours.

2. SEM Consulting Oy pays:

10€ for each solo participant and 30€ for each group for online Vocal completion as
well as for participants for our other online JSFest competitions such as Choir
Competition and Instrumental Music Competitions with follow payment: for 30€ for
each choir/group, jury member will bring to the competition and 10€ for each solo
participant.

and the Second Party agrees:

1. to bring to the online competition at least 7 participants from own country or
other countries.
Deadline for applications is October 1st. Applications for participation will be
send by email info@semconsulting.fi

The paragraph 1 is a necessary condition for jury of the X International Competition

JSFest 2022. Organizing committee has all rights to cancel the contract in case the
condition from paragraph 1 will fail from any reason.

phone +358505238257 as well as to reply to the message, org.committee will
send.

Please inform us before April 1st, 2022.
