Presenting to Senior Executives

with Tatiana Kolovou

Navigating Last-Minute Time Crunches

After you know your content and have your slides, follow these steps to be sure you are ready in case your
presentation time gets crunched.

Design your one slide that you can share the main idea of your presentation with. Embed the audio recording
that describes this slide and share it with two colleagues.

Here are helpful tips for both Google Slides and PowerPoint.

Ask your colleagues the following questions:

1. Is the message clear?
2. What questions would you follow up with?
3. What am I missing?

Write It Out in 50 Words

Just like Melina shares in the video, can you craft a 50-word paragraph that describes the “what” of your idea,
the “why” it’s important, and the “how” the executives need to act, if there is a call to action involved?
