I have worked at Villa M Bali as a Butler for a year. I have responsible for being the first point of
contact for all guests visiting the Villa. Apart from my superb customer service skills, I also fully
competent in Housekeeping Operations with VHP Hotel System.
I have worked at Dip & Doze Boutique Hostel as a Front Desk Officer, one of the most popular
Hostel in Canggu areas. This Hostel using Pyxis Hotel System for all the operation.
I have on the job training experience in Housekeeping Department as a Room Attendant for 6
months and I have worked for all the section in this department at Taum Resort Bali & Spa
Seminyak
I have on the job training experience in Front Office Department as a Guest Service Agent and
Bellboy for 4 months at Taum Resort Bali and Spa Seminyak with VHP Hotel System.
I have on the job training experience in Housekeeping Departement as a Roomboy for 2 weeks at
Kelapa Retreat Bar and Restaurant Pekutatan, Jembrana.
In addition to this and as per your requirement, I am capable of greeting all guests in a professional,
friendly and courteous manner and I have extensive knowledge of a hotel’s facilities and services.
My key skill lies in being able to ensure that guests feel welcomed and valued so that when they
leave it's a certainty that they will be back. I am always creating a professional, welcoming and
