“Management Representative” (MR) for the Social Compliance system for our The
Female Health Company (M) Sdn. Bhd

His Responsibilities and Authorities, as MR would include:

a) Ensuring that the Social Compliance system conforms to the requirements of ETI
Base Codes
b) Ensuring that the processes are delivering their intended outputs;
c) Reporting on the performance of the Social Compliance system and on
opportunities for improvement, in particular to top management.
d) Ensuring the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization;
e) Ensuring that the integrity of the Social Compliance system is maintained when
changes to the Social Compliance system are planned and implemented.
