My Learning Journal
I have realized that in formulating the critical activities for every intervention in
the identified strategy, it must be coherent or properly sequenced from the first
What I Realized step down to the last. It must be logical, feasible and realistic. I have also learned
(concepts) that we can make use of the current/existing PPAs and incorporating into it the
necessary enhancing & strengthening for it to truly address the learning gaps in
our education.

Still, I value the most how the SDLCRP Core Team, with the help & assistane of the
What I Value SDS, were able to identify the critical activities for each specific intervention.
Most Again, it is likewise through their cooperation, sharing, and active participation
that the Core Team is able to produce a commendable output.

Through this session, I learned that I must be able to think of the critical activities

appropriate for every intervention. It’s important to continue to assess what’s

need to be done in order to sustain the achievements made.

Still the same, I think I will have to stop doing the things that make me lose focus.

Therefore, I must do away with the habits that cannot give me the results I intend

What I’ll start doing is to craft a realistic implementation plan for the achievement
of the goals being set. It must clearly include the strategies & interventions as well

need also to set the time frame & the budget for each activity as identify the
major outputs it will produce.
