OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Worked with the SAP “Wave3 ESTDAMA” project team (Data Migration, UAT, and SIT) for DEWA.
Configuration of user authorizations, roles and business functions for SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
module and Material Management (MM) module.
Procurement Process for Stock and direct consumption, Subcontracting (with PR derived from MRP),
Consignment and Invoicing Plan.
Inventory Management (Goods receipt, Goods Issue, Stock Transfer).
Prepared BW Reports, FS Reports, Business Blueprints, User Manuals and Configuration Template.
Ensures products and services are purchased in the most cost- and time-efficient manner.
Utilize company procurement software (SAP) to generate request for quotes and purchase requisitions as
well as create and prepare reports based on material data.
Provide technical input and labor projections for production proposal efforts and material cost input for
all proposal efforts.
Support the purchasing department throughout the vendor qualification process.
Respond to material inquiries/issues from the receiving department.
Creation of Master Data and maintain the parameters as per business requirement.
