Remembering that you are going to die is the best

way l know to avoid the trap of thinking you have
something to lose. You are already naked. There is
no reason not to follow your heart. Your time is
limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life.
Don't be trapped by dogma-which is living with
there sults of other people's thinking. Don't let the
noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner
voice. And most important, have the courage to
follow your heart and intuition. They somehow
already know what you truly want to become.
Everything else is secondary.

记着你总会死去，这是我知道的防⽌患得患失的最佳办
法。⾚条条来去⽆牵挂，还有什么理由不随你的⼼？！你
的时间是有限的，因此不要把时间浪费在过别⼈的⽣活
上。不要被教条所困－－使⾃⼰的⽣活受限于他⼈的思想
成果。不要让他⼈的意⻅淹没了你⾃⼰内⼼的声⾳。最重
要的是，要有勇⽓跟随你的内⼼与直觉，它们好⽍已经知
道你真正想让⾃⼰成为什么。其他的，都是次要的。
