This is to inform you that the Silver Wood Managing Committee has received a complaint
against you dt. 24/05/2022. The said complaint is regarding your act of
construction/extension of your garage in the common or set back area of the apartment
thereby causing a lot of inconvenience and trouble to all the residents. One of the flat owners
(Flat no 107) has even complained of trespass by hammering down a nail into the walls of
their flat (Kitchen area) without their permission and the construction might also be causing
blockage of down pipe and water supply pipe to their flat in future.

On a general inquiry, it was found that the construction is unauthorised and extending into the
set back area of the apartment which is accessible and common to all the residents and cannot
be occupied for any personal use. The use of the setback area cannot be restrained to anybody
through the means of any construction, extension, welding, etc. Any such activity is against
the building rules.

Therefore, the Committee request you to remove all the construction and iron panel as soon
as possible. Otherwise, the matter will be taken to the superior authorities.

Any of your claim raised, if any, will be discussed with the Committee.
