Document Nation

Document Nation provides IT consulting, tuning and modification organizations, increasing

participation in educational and school distributions. Record Nation has been in business since 2000
and has a large number of clients. The association has an office in Sydney where approximately 30
people work.

ICT Sustainability Briefing Report

The current ICT arrangement comprises the following:

 A domain server running Windows Server 2016 Standard

 30 high-capacity client workstations running Windows 10 Professional
 A switch that functions as the gateway / firewall for the system
 Two 24-port switches for scheduling system mappings
 A network attached storage (NAS) for storing reports
 Three organized printers

Systems review

Promotion occurs across the site, through advertising in various distributions, and through web-based
life, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

The advancement and marketing is given by methods for the site, through advertising in different
broadcasts and by methods for social networks, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Sustainability recommendations

Today's computer systems use an overabundance of force that is very costly to the association and is
against the rules of viability. Here are a couple of proposals to use:

 Instead of workstations, LCD PCs can be featured for lower power usage.
 Instead of two 24-port switches, only one can be used and the use can be restricted.
 Network printers can be reduced to a few printers, with minimal use

Short-term options

Personal computers cause an exceptionally high utilization of force, which can be reduced to the
newer force-saving LEDs / LCDs with at least as much use as could be expected under the
circumstances.

Option recommendations

Reducing the number of printers and switching high-employment work areas to LCD screens will be
really reasonable and helpful for the association.
