Wrongful Ask for Private Patient Records

The Minnesota Board of Medical Practice is persecuting Dr. Scott Jensen, a

physician currently running as a candidate for governor in Minnesota. The Board
is investigating Dr. Jensen for the fifth time in 17 months. He’s won every time.
This time, the Board claims there’s been a litany of complaints against him
related to his views on vaccination, ivermectin, natural immunity and more. The
Board demands he send them the medical records of the last three to five
patients that he’s prescribed ivermectin to, or face discipline.

Here’s the question: Is this ongoing harassment intended to upset his campaign
or to shut down his voice to the thousands that listen nationwide? Now they want
private patient records related to a lawful prescription. This must stop.
