FINAL DEMAND TO PAY

I write in behalf of my clients, Mr. Reynaldo M. Asiño Jr and Ms. Josephine

Jaca regarding the non-payment of your legal obligation.

My clients informed me that you did not remit the collections amounting to
TWO HUNDRED THIRTY THREE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED
SEVENTY PESOS (Php 233, 670.00) coming from their lending services. It was
also indicated in the minutes of barangay conciliation, your admission and promise
to return the said mentioned amount.

Accordingly, FINAL AND LAST DEMAND is hereby made upon you to

settle the amount TWO HUNDRED THIRTY THREE THOUSAND SIX
HUNDRED SEVENTY PESOS (Php 233, 670.00) within FIVE (5) days from
receipt of this letter. Otherwise, I shall be constrained to file the necessary legal
action against you to protect the interest of my client. 

I trust you that you will give this matter your prompt and preferential
attention to avoid the expense and inconvenience of litigation.
