Memorandum of Understanding

between

AIESEC IN SURAT

and

PROFITABLE OPTIONSS
The MOU is entered on the 13th April, 2022 by AIESEC in SURAT and
PROFITABLE OPTIONSS.

Background

AIESEC is an international non-governmental not for profit organization that

provides young people with leadership development and cross-cultural
global internship and volunteer exchange experience across the globe.
AIESEC in Surat is a local chapter of AIESEC in India.

PROFITABLE OPTIONS is an investment management company owned

by Mufaddal Gittham and Sahil Shaikh. Profitable Optionss is a firm in
financial market which given proper knowledge and guidance to small and
big investor across India in financial market since last 5 years

Objective of the MoU: -

AIESEC onboards Profitable Optionss as its sponsor for AIESECers Cricket

League which will be held on 8th May, 2022.
This MoU is also open to modification by mutual consent of authorized
officials of AIESEC in SURAT and Profitable Optionss. This MoU shall come
effective upon signature of the authorized officials of both organizations and
will remain in effect until modified or terminated by anyone of the partners by
mutual consent.

Deliverables from AIESEC in SURAT: -

● Marketing Profitable Optionss to the audience and participants

through Instagram stories promotions. (Attachment Link -

● Logo Presence of the firm on the banner on the backdrop for the event.

● Promotion through aftermovie in the event via video commercial.

Deliverables from Profitable Optionss: -

• An amount of Rs. 5000 to onboard as a sponsor for AIESECers Cricket

League.
