Switch to Application Developer → Attachments → Attachment Functions

Query for Type= Function

Name= PO_POXPOEPO
Click on Blocks button

Place cursor on PO_HEADERS and click Entities button

Create new entity entry
Entity = OM Order Header
Display Method = Main Entity
Include in Indicator = Ticked
Under Privileges
Query = Always
Insert = Never
Update = Never
Delete = Never
Under Primary Key Fields tab
Key 1 = PO_HEADERS.ATTRIBUTE3
Save the details
Attachments → Document Categories
Create new category
Category = CS-SC-PO
Default Datatype = Short Text
Click on Assignments button

Select Type = Function; Name = Purchase Orders; Enabled = Ticked

Type = Form; Name = Sales Orders; Enabled = Ticked
On a dropship or back-to-back sales order, add new attachment on SO header with category =
CS-SC-PO and text in the wider box, and save the details.
Book sales order and progress until PO is created

Same CS-SC-PO attachment reflects on corresponding dropship or B2B PO attachment in read-

only mode. Any changes made to the OM attachment shall reflect on the PO attachment.
