New Bolted Joint for HydraCrowd™ Sleeve

Model: 7495 (ER6), 7495HF (ER8)

Description Of Change: New hardware is being used to attach the HydraCrowd™ sleeve to the saddle block. The
changes include longer bolts and thicker washers for the bolts using a nut. The four tapped holes had the spacer
replaced with a washer, and the bolt is a shorter. The new hardware improves the mechanical properties of the bolted
joint.

Adaptable To: New hardware is used for the sleeve to saddle block connection. Refer to Table 1 for the list of parts
for all the hardware required for the sleeve to saddle block connection.

At installation, torque bolts to 1360 Ft-Lbs and use retaining compound (82833862).

The new parts are adaptable to all 7495 series HydraCrowd™ shovels.
