Since our café gets very busy during lunch time. I had to learn how to increase my speed a couple steps. So, customers won’t be unsatisfied. I have learned when it comes to food and drinks no matter if you’re a fast-food restaurant or not they you complete their order quick and in a hurry. 6. My training has assisted me in my career goals by opening my eyes to a different side of the field and really understand how stressful the food industry can be at times. Especially when understaffed. But you always have put a brave face on and get work down. 7. I choice this internship site because I feel that I can learn so much from it since I want to make smoothies in my future restaurants. The improvements that could be made is more employees in the workplace. So the current workers won’t be so overwhelmed.
