Attention: - Important Instructions to the Applicants

MPSC (State Services)- MAINS 2020 SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM

A candidate has to fulfil the following basic conditions to be Eligible to apply for SARTHI, Pune’s above Sponsorship: -
1. The applicant must have passed MPSC(State Services) Prelims 2020.
2. The applicant must not be a beneficiary of any other Sponsorship/Fellowship/Scholarship for MPSC/UPSC from any other organization. The
applicant must not be a beneficiary of this same Sponsorship given for SARTHI Pune MPSC 2019 Batch candidates.
3. This Sponsorship is not applicable to regular students of SARTHI, Pune UPSC 2019, UPSC Prelims 2021 Online Batch .
4. This Sponsorship is not applicable to students who have received the UPSC Prelims 2020 (50K) and UPSC Interview (25K) onetime lumpsum
from SARTHI, Pune, whether regular batch student or those who belong to target group but not a part of SARTHI UPSC/MPSC Coaching
batches.
5. This Sponsorship is ONLY FOR CANDIDATES WHO HAVE PASSED MPSC (State Services) PRELIMS 2020 BUT ARE NOT ANY
REGULAR STUDENTS OF SARTHI MPSC/UPSC COACHING BATCHES.
6. The applicant must belong to Maratha / Kunbi / Maratha-Kunbi / Kunbi-Maratha community. The candidate will be entitled for sponsorship
only if he / she submit the Caste Certificate issued by the Competent authority(Valid for year 2021-22)/EWS Certificate/School Leaving
Certificate.
7. The applicant must be a Domicile of Maharashtra. (Certificate issued by the Competent authority is MUST).
8. The Applicant MUST be from a Non-Creamy Layer The candidate will be entitled for sponsorship only if he / she submit the Non-
Creamy Layer Certificate /Income Certificate issued by the Competent authority. (Valid for year 2021-22)
9. Application submitted through On-Line does not imply that candidate is ELIGILBE or has fulfilled all the criteria. The Application is
subject to scrutiny. The same will be rejected if the applicant is found to be ineligible at any point of time.
10. The application can be rejected, at any stage of the selection process, if any of the information submitted by applicant in online application
is found to be false /incorrect. Also his/her candidature will be Cancelled / Terminated at any stage of the Selection/ Post Selection/
sponsorship period, in case the submitted information is found to be false, and in that case, the cost of SPONSORSHIP spent on the
candidate, by SARTHI, Pune will be recovered.
 11. Candidates sponsored by SARTHI, Pune for UPSC 2019-20/MPSC 2019-20 (regular batch) must not fill this form. They will be
informed separately.
12. All further information will be conveyed to the candidates through Email and mobile number; so candidates must fill working & reachable
mobile numbers and current in- use Email Id when submitting forms. Candidates whose mobile numbers are out of network or they don’t
respond to emails sent by SARTHI, will be sole responsibility of the candidate.
13. Document verification will be mandatory; the candidates will be informed the date and time schedule for same and they must remain
present for the Document verification in SARTHI, Pune Main Office; candidates natural parent/s may remain present in person for
document verification process along with all original necessary documents and 2 set of self attested Xerox copies (in case of
missing/incomplete documents or wrong submission by candidates natural parent/s will be sole responsibility of the candidate)
14. Candidates must not provide false information or hide information when filling application. If found so, at any stage, Penal action will
be initiated against the candidate for the same and the entire amount of Sponsorship will be recovered.

Before Submitting On-line Application, the Applicant should carefully the Application Form for MPSC- (State Services) MAINS 2020
SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM. Keep all your necessary data handy, before you start filling the Application Form Online.

(Eligibility):

The applicant must belong to Maratha / Kunbi / Maratha-Kunbi / Kunbi-Maratha community. The candidate will be entitled for free online
coaching classes only if he / she will submit the Caste Certificate issued by the Competent authority.
 In case the student doesn’t have caste Certificate, he/she can submit EWS Certificate.
 In case the student doesn’t have EWS Certificate, he/she can submit Leaving Certificate.
 The candidate will be eligible for MPSC Mains 2020 Sponsorship only if he / she will submit the Caste Certificate OR Leaving
Certificate issued by the Competent authority.
 

The applicant must be a Domicile of Maharashtra. (Certificate issued by the Competent authority is MUST).

3. The Applicant MUST be from a Non-Creamy Layer Category (Total Family Income for the current financial year (2020-2021) from all
sources, should not exceed Rs.8 lakhs per annum.
 In case if candidate doesn’t have Non-Creamy Layer Certificate, the applicant can submit Income Certificate.
 The candidate will be eligible for free coaching class only if he / she will submit the Non-Creamy Layer Certificate or Income
Certificate issued by the Competent authority. Therefore, those who do not have Non-Creamy Layer Certificate or Income
Certificate issued by the Competent authority, must apply immediately.

(Candidates are requested to FIRST READ THE FORM CAREFULLY AND THEN FILL THE DETAILS BEFORE
SUBMITTING IT ONLINE. Once you submit the form, the details cannot be changed and no such request will be entertained.)

