obtained from the actual data collection survey of a project, to be included in the
dissertation. Therefore, my dissertation is to study the technical construction of asphanlt
concreate road. The case study is a project to improve and maintenance the road from the
two-story paved road to a asphalt concreate road, The asphalt concreate road project from
KM190, Pakkading district, Bolikhamxay province to KM268, Hinboun district,
Khammouan province The total distance is 78 km, It is a ashalt concrete road with a width
of 9 meters and 12 meters, two lanes and the width of each canal is 3.5 meters, There are
two drainage ditches on the side of the road.
Therefore, this road construction project is part of the national road development
project in Laos and connect from Bolikhamxay province to Khammouan province, After
the completion of this road, it will be convenient to travel to and fro, especially the
transportation of goods, transporting passengers from Bolikhamxay province to
Khammouan province, In particular, if the road is paved, it will have the potential to
develop the region's economy and also help stimulate the national economy due to its many
components:

1) Tourism
This route is national road and connect from Bolikhamxay province to
Khammouan province for those who will travel inside-outside and those who travel from
other district to visit Bolikhamxay provinceand Khammouan province can use this route
and the road is even closer.

2) Economic aspects
The route will facilitate the transportation of goods more easily and faster. In
addition, this route is also an option for those who have to travel to work, to do urgent
business more easily, whether it is within the province, between the province.

3) Strategic
For work such as roads, it is a strategic work because it is a country that borders many
countries, many different political systems, including there are good people and bad
people, they always hope to destroy our nation, As such, the road has a high role and
