Regulations

The Emergency (Miscellaneous Provisions and Powers) Regulations, No. 1 of 2022 published in Gazette Extraordinary
No. 2289/07 of July 18, 2022, as amended by regulations published in the Gazette Extraordinary No. 2289/41 of July 21,
2022, are hereby amended as follows:-

(1) in paragraph (1) of regulation 11 thereof, by the substitution for the words and figures “360C and sections 364,
365, 365A, 365B, and sections 427 to 446”, of the words and figures “360C,364,408 and sections 410 to 420 and
427 to 446”; and

(2) in subparagraph (e) of paragraph (1) of regulation 12 thereof, by the substitution for the words and figures “360C,
364, 365, 365A, 365B of the Penal Code (Chapter 19); or”, of the words and figures “360C, 364 of the Penal Code
(Chapter 19); or”.
