<Zoom Events Guideline>

1. We will be sending an event link to the email address you provided upon registering for the
Congress. The email will be sent by the Secretariat of the 19th IABS Congress
(iabs2020@snu.ac.kr) in due time. Click the provided link.

2. The event link will lead you to the page above. Click “ACCEPT COOKIES”. Click “Register” again.
3. You will be required to log into your Zoom account in order to register. If you have successfully
logged in, move on to Step 4. If you wish to create a new account, click “Sign Up Free”, and move
on to Step 3-1.

3-1. Confirm your date of birth. Click “Continue”.

3-2. Click “I Agree”.

3-3. Enter your email address, and click “Sign up”. You may also choose to sign in with your SSO,
Apple, Google, or Facebook account.
3-4. An activation link will be sent to your email address. Go to your email and open the one titled
“Please activate your Zoom account” sent by no-reply@zoom.us. Click “ACTIVATE ACCOUNT”.

3-5. Enter the required information and log into your new Zoom account. You may now move on
to Step 4.
4. Logging in will lead you to the page above. Choose your ticket, and then click “Continue”.

5. Check the first and third boxes. Click “Confirm Registration”.

6. Click “Join Lobby”. Please note that the “View Ticket” button will be replaced by the “Join Lobby”
button upon the start of the Congress(2022.08.15 08:00 KST).

7. You will be given a choice between staying on your web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge etc.) or
using your installed Zoom software to access the conference. Due to Zoom update errors, we
recommend you stay on your web browser. However, the conference will still be accessible via your
installed Zoom software or the Zoom mobile application.
8. All in-progress sessions will be displayed in the Main Lobby. Scroll to find the session you wish
to participate in, and then click “Join”.

To check the full list of Sessions (in-progress sessions as well as closed sessions), click the “Sessions”
tab on the upper-right corner of the website.

9. Joining a session will lead you to this page. Allow access to camera and microphone. Click “Join”.
