EVENT 2 – KURUKSHETRA
Theme - A kind of Shark Tank to promote entrepreneurial zeal and passion among students.
The Idea Implementation - We will invite all IMT students to bring their business ideas and
implement them on the event day. The purpose of the event is to shortlist businesses that will
participate in the shark tank event on the subsequent day. The idea implementation day will
be a mixture of both fun and the passion of the student entrepreneur.
The Shark Tank Day - The other day will be entirely devoted to the shark tank and the
businesses that were partially nominated on the first day. And the college will provide
funding to the event's winners so they may continue with their business.

EVENT 3 – UPSTART
Theme - A B-school competition that will give direct entry to SIP.
The idea implementation day - We want to organize a competition where multiple rounds
will be held and as ECC brings companies for SIP, so the students who will win the
competition will directly get the SIP. Whatever the requirements of the companies are, the
same skills will be tested in multiple rounds as a competition and the best 5-10 students will
get the SIP.

EVENT 4 – UDGAM
In this event, we would be inviting startups that are building a business around a social cause
or employing people from the marginalized strata of society. At the same time, we would also
be inviting CSR departments of various organizations that actively involve themselves in
such activities. ECC would provide a platform to startups where they would get an
opportunity to pitch their ideas and business plans to CSR departments. The best pitches will
get funding from the CSR departments of organizations. The idea behind this event is to
promote social entrepreneurship and support a social cause. This would not just help startups
but also enhance our brand image.

EVENT 5 – THE BOARDROOM

We will divide the students into two groups.
Group 1
We will present students with some real business issues in this event, and each student will be
given a unique managerial role from which they would have to draw their conclusions. A
workable master strategy that tackles the problem must be formulated in the boardroom.
Group 2
Members of group 2 are tasked with finding weaknesses in the decisions made by board
members.
Objective:
To assist students in comprehending the various business dynamics and the steps involved in
coming up with problem-solving ideas.
