Ministry has issued PMC Document in respect of National Highways and centrally
sponsored road works proposed to be implemented on EPC Mode of Contract vide letter
of even no. dated 22.10.2020 which is available on Ministry’s Website. The entire PMC
document may be seen at https://morth.nic.in/OMs-Circular-Other-Notification.

2: In this regard, your views/suggestions are requested on the PMC Document of

the Ministry. Your views/suggestions should reach us by 04.12.2020 on the following
