Pride and Prejudice 

is a novel by Jane Austen that was first published in 1813.

 Pride and prejudice presents the story of the Bennet family. Mrs benne is a noisy and
foolish woman, the opposite of er husband, Mr benne who t is an intelligent person
known for his sarcastic humor. He is closest to Elizabeth and jane, especially
Elisabeth, the most intelligent daughter . When mr Bingley arrives in their village with
his sisters and his friend Darcy, mrs bennet is desperate to marry him to one of their
five daughters: jane, Elizabeth, mery, kitty or Lydia to solve the problem of inheriting
the family estate in the absence of a male descendant. . At the first ball given in honor
of their arrival, Jane, the eldest of the girls, dances with Mr. Bingley, while Liz is
ignored by Mr. Darcy.  Shortly afterwards, Jane receives an invitation to visit
Netherfield. At the insistence of her mother, she rides off, catches the rain on the road
and catches a cold. She stays there for a few days, Elizabeth comes to see her. Mr
Collins arrives in Longbourn, a cousin of the girls' father, a priest who wants to marry
one of the Bennet girls. At first, he turns his gaze to Jane, but as her mother assures
him that she will be engaged soon, she advises him to turn his attention to Liz. Bingley
organizes a ball at Netherfield where Elizabeth dances with Darcy . after Liz rejects
Collins' marriage proposal he marries Charlotte.  Liz meets Mr. Wickham, an officer in
the regiment.  He tells him about his connections with Darcy  and what happemed
between them.  Bingley and his sisters and Mr. Darcy leave Netherfield and go back to
London. Elizabeth visits Mr. Collins and Charlotte in Hunsford where she meets Darcy. He
confesses his love to Elizabeth  and propose her but Lizzy rejects him. Darcy gives Liz a letter
explaining how he made Bingley leave Netherfield to prevent a marriage proposal to Jane because
he thought Jane didn’t love Bingley. Liz returns to Longbourn and regiment leaves the city to the
disappointment of Lydia and Kitty.  Lydia is invited by Mrs Forster to Brighton. Liz goes with the
Gardinins north to the Lakes. On their way, they pass by Darcy's estate, which they meet there. He
introduces Liz to Goergiana her 15 yo sister. Liz receives a letter from Jane announcing that Lydia
has run away with Mr. Wickham.  Mr bennet goes to London in search of Lydia, but does not find
her and returns. Lydia married Wickham in London and  Darcy is also attending the wedding.
Bingley and Darcy return to Netherfield. Bingley is asking Jane to marry him.  Jane and Bingley get
married, so do Elizabeth and Darcy, and move to Pemberley.
