In the picture we have four candidates for the new assintant job

I will start talking about Elayne,

She is 22 years old

She has a large family, she smiles a lot and se has a sunny personality

She is extrivert and energetic

But i think, she doesnt a Good candidate because

From my perspective she is very young and not she doesnt have experienced enough for the job

From my view point she needs someone to tell her what to do

I think She is overconfident and she can mess up some task

Daniela is responsable, open mined and flexible

She doesnt need who tell her what to do

I think she is the best option for the job

we agree in Daniela is the best option for the job
