1. To process and secure the amount owing to the client involving the alleged
purchase of condominium unit located in Imus, Cavite; turn-over of the
condominium title in Breeze Condominium; recovery of the reservation fee for
the condominium unit located in Imus, Cavite; payment of the repair works
undertaken and other miscellaneous expenses incurred; payment of rental
income for six (6) months and two (2) months advance deposit for the period of
April-October 2020; and the immediate settlement of the following amounts
relative to Unit No. 1758, Breeze Residence: (a) Unremitted rental payment for
six (6) months and two (2) months deposit, (b) Payment of amenities, (c)
Payment of electric bills, and (d) other unpaid rental income;
2. To represent and negotiations for the out-of-court settlement of all the amount
due in favor of the Principal;
3. To process and secure the necessary documents from private and government
entities, including but not limited to: concerned Barangay office where the
subject properties are located; Bureau of Internal Revenue, Registry of Deeds,
SMDC Administrative Office-Breeze Condominium, Urban Deca Administration
Office, Philippine National Police; and To pay all the taxes, charges and fees that
may be due in connection therewith.
4. To do such other acts which may be necessary for the accomplishment of the
aforementioned powers and duties;
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, and
necessary to be done, in about the premises, hereby ratifying and confirming all that
said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
