Common Entrance Test for UG SFC Admissions
For the Academic year 2022-23
(MiNCET)

SVKM’s Mithibai College and Narsee Monjee (NM) College will be conducting a
Common Entrance Test for Undergraduate Admissions to their Self-Financed
Programs for Class XII appeared/passed candidates.

Candidates will be required to attempt a Computer based test at designated centers for
a total of 120 questions (1 mark each) across three sections for the MITHIBAI- NM
(CET) in a time duration of 100 minutes. The sections are as follows:
 Section 1: Quantitative and Numerical Ability (40 Marks)
 Section 2: Reasoning & General Intelligence (40 Marks)
 Section 3: Proficiency in English Language (40 Marks)

The candidate has to ensure that they have read all the instructions before registering.

 The Date and Test is as per the availability and therefore the candidate should
schedule their examination as soon as he/she receives the communication.

 RETAKE: Candidate can attempt maximum 1 RETAKE i.e. (1st main test plus 1
retake). The highest marks among the total attempts will be considered for
respective Degree College merit process. The candidate will be able to take the
option of retake if he/she schedules the main attempt on or before 20th June 2022.
Candidates who schedule their main attempt between 21st June to 30th June will get
only ONE attempt.

PROVISION OF PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED CANDIDATES:

 The candidate must upload their Disability Certificate at the time of online
registration and complete the payment.

 This will be reviewed, approved, and confirmed to the candidate so that

appropriate assistance will be made available at the test center.

 The candidate will be contacted, and our support team shall book the exam.

ADMIT CARD:

 Post scheduling of the examination the admit card is generated. The admit card
shows the chosen date of examination, City and Test center.

 This is available on the dashboard of the Candidate portal. Kindly download the
admit card by logging to your dashboard.

 You’re requested to verify all the details and contact our support team in case of
any discrepancy. Your name should match with the name mentioned on your
government ID in particular.

 Carrying hard copy of the admit card is mandatory, in absence of the admit card
the candidate will not be allowed to take the examination.

  The verification staff at the test center will compare the photograph on the admit
card with the person appearing for the examination. Therefore, candidate is
requested to upload their recent photograph to avoid any confusion at the test
center.

 Candidate also needs to carry any one original Government ID proof physically to
the test center. No Soft copy shall be allowed. List of ID proof that candidate can
carry to the test center are as below:

Voters ID / Passport / Aadhaar Card / Driving License (Learner license will not be
accepted) / 12th Admit Card / PAN Card.

MITHIBAI- NM (CET).
 The decision of the college will be final in this regard and no inquiries or
correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

 For cancellation/ withdrawal of admission: Withdrawal /cancellation means
voluntary withdrawal/cancellation by candidate for any reason. Candidate should
visit WEBSITE OF COLLEGE.

 If at any stage, it is found that a candidate does not satisfy the eligibility criteria
or the information furnished by him/her in the application form is incorrect,
his/her admission to the program, even if selected, will stand cancelled and fees
will be refunded as per refund rule clauses.
