Bansal, Director of the Noticee company appeared in person and submitted a reply to the Show Cause Notice along with certain documents Taken on record. The documents may be examined by the office, Shri Bansal also submitted that the project was almost completed and that the Applicant/Noticee had already applied for issuance of Occupation Certificate from Delhi Development Authority (DDA) in July 2019. Upon examination of the documents submitted by the Noticee, it emerged that there was no further requirement at present, Accordingly, the Show Cause Notice dated 14.6.2019 stands cancelled.
