KARMA RESORTS FRAUD REPORT

I have seen an Instagram ad which told Maldives trip and other hotel
bookings at a discounted price. I filled the online form and a sales executive
Prashanth reddy continuously called me to come home and made me register
for this package of Rs. 2,70,000 out of which they gave an option to pay
down payment of Rs. 1,35,000 and the rest through 6 months installment. I
paid a total payment of Rs. 157500 (down payment 135000 + 1st installment -
6/1/2022 :Rs.22500 ) as of January 6, 2022. Since December no hotel booking
or holiday trip is booked by them and they always tell lack of avaialbility in
hotel rooms. As promised by the salesperson, they need to book Maldives
trip in December. Same issue faced by many customers and when we went to
the branch office, the office is vacated. Many customers were cheated. I even
met Secunderabad Taskforce DCP and complained about this issue but no
resolution was found. Valorah later emailed me that they will refund the
amount but till date no refund made.
